Terms of Business
1. A deposit of 30% is required to secure order and installation date. Full payment to be made on the day of installation. This can be made by BACS, Credit Card or Cash.
2. All packaging is to be disposed of by the customer.
3. Systems come with a 3 year parts warranty, provided a service is carried out at least once per annum by a qualified engineer.
4. Care will be taken to minimise mess, utilising dust sheets and vacuum cleaners, but on occasion there may need to be minor decorating works carried out by the customer post installation due to unavoidable minor damages.
5. A power supply will need to be provided by the customer, this will be confirmed in the surveying process and the size of the power supply will be given to the customer. It is advisable a qualified electrician carries out this work.
6. Each installation will be carried out by a fully qualified F-Gas Engineer.
